Madeline loves preschool. And she's got sass.
On her first day she began to work on tracking - the ability to follow a line of braille across the page by herself (without accidentally skipping up or down a line). There's a LOT of work that goes into training those little nerves in those little fingers to sense those little dots.
She's learning how to follow a line, count the number of lines on a page, determine which line in a group is shorter/longer, and how to recognize the line that is different (in, say, three lines of A's and one line of Y's).
